The HR Information Management System (PIMS) is the University’s Oracle-based corporate staff information system. PIMS is an in-house developed system which has been designed and developed to meet the needs of the University of Bristol. Information for all UoB staff is held in PIMS, including Honorary Staff and Part-time Hourly Paid Teachers.
Registered Oracle users can log into PIMS using the Oracle Applications login screen.
There are a range of security levels available to meet the needs of different groups of authorised users across the organisation.
Where a member of University staff is in a role requiring access to PIMS, a request should be submitted by email to hr-systems@bris.ac.uk. The Head of School/Division for the member of staff concerned will need to authorise any such requests.
