About BOS

Bristol Online Surveys (BOS) is a web based tool that allows people to create, deploy and analyse online surveys. BOS is used widely in approximately 140 UK and overseas Universities and over 100 other organisations.

There is no complicated set-up or administration. Users need no technical knowledge to create and deploy surveys. Account owners can create as many surveys and survey authors as required. All survey data is backed-up and available to users to download at any time.

BOS has unique facilities to run surveys in multiple organisations and allow benchmarking of shared results. This capability has been used for the Careers in Research Online Survey (CROS), the Higher Education Academy's Postgraduate Researchers Experience Survey (PRES) and Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES) and the Athena project's ASSET survey.
