R&D/ILRT undertakes research and development work on the University of Bristol's internal research, teaching and administrative systems, working in partnership with groups such as the Public Relations Office, Centre for Public Engagement, Education Support Unit, Advanced Computing Research Centre and IT Services' own Applications Development and Web Development teams.
People ProfilerR&D/ILRT developed this system to complement the University's existing (and any new) content management system, providing a simple form-based tool that allows individuals, research groups and departments to enter and manage information about staff expertise and interests, projects and other activities. Combined with data drawn from other University systems, it publishes information in a standardised but flexible format as part of a department or school’s web pages |
Changing PerspectivesWorking with the University of Bristol's Centre for Public Engagement we built a website to publicise and encourage participation with the Changing Perspectives program - a series of events that explores the relationships between art and science. The website supports a series of exhibitions, talks, workshops and performances to inspire public discussion about contemporary issues that connect art and science. |
