Please consult UKCISA to find out if you can bring your dependants (spouse and/or children) with you or, if they are already in the UK, to find out if they can remain in the UK with you.
If your family are non-EEA nationals and wish to come with you, or join you, in the UK for the duration of your studies, they will need to apply for Entry Clearance as 'dependants' before travelling to the UK. Financial information will be required in order to demonstrate there is sufficient money to support your dependant/s, as well as evidence of accommodation.

The UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA) is the UK's national advisory body serving the interests of international students and those who work with them, they can help with more detailed dependant information:
Non-EEA dependants (spouse and/or children) of EEA students must apply for a Family Permit, a form of entry clearance, rather than a visa, before travelling to the UK. Further information regarding the EEA family permit can be found on the UKBA website.
