The Ambassadors are a team of current students at Bristol who have been selected to represent the University and to assist the International Office with its work. The Ambassadors are all selected based on their enthusiasm and commitment to assisting international students. They are all interviewed and trained to help them meet the expectations of the role. Many of the Ambassadors are international students themselves or have spent periods of time abroad as part of their course, giving them first hand experience of some of the issues you may face when moving to a new country.
The Ambassadors are here to assist with welcoming new international students to Bristol and to helping you to settle in here. If you plan to visit Bristol before studying here then you may meet our Ambassadors who will show you around the university and answer your questions.
The Ambassadors have also created a Facebook group called International Students of Bristol so take a look at this page for more information and to join.
You can read more about the role of our Ambassadors and the duties involved in the International Office Ambassador job description (Word 41.5 KB).
We are not currently recruiting any more Ambassadors. If you have any questions please email intl-amb@bristol.ac.uk.
