Unit catalogue
The Unit Catalogue lists those units the University currently offers for all students at all levels.
You should be aware, however, that this is the entire catalogue for the University, and contains things such as Masters' level units which are not normally available to Study Abroad students.
Please note, there are a few restrictions:
- Second year Psychology lab classes are not available to Study Abroad students.
- Units offered through the Schools of Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Sciences are unavailable to Study Abroad students. This includes Clinical Sciences, Community-based Medicine and Applied Community Health.
- Drama and Music have restricted offerings and very limited availability, so enrolment must be negotiated with the Study Abroad Officer.
- Unit offerings in Economics are severely limited for students coming to Bristol for one-semester. Please email the Study Abroad office(study-abroad@bristol.ac.uk) for more information.
- Law and Engineering are only available to students studying at Bristol for the full Academic year.
- Postgraduate level units (Level M or D) are not available to Study Abroad students (this includes Exercise, Nutrition & Health and Graduate School of Education).
- Philosophy, Geography and Mathematics classes are unavailable to students attending Bristol for the Autumn semester only.
