Welcome to the University of Bristol's Blackboard user area website. Blackboard is the University of Bristol's centrally supported online learning environment. The aim of this site is to provide technical information on the Blackboard service including:

• usage statistics
• system alerts
• downtime information
• policies on use

What other help and support is available?

Service news and information on the Integrated e-Learning Systems project is available from the Blackboard blog

Information on staff development events and a basic introductory tutorial is available from the e-learning website at: http://www.bris.ac.uk/elearning.

More advances and interactive guides, tutorials and examples of good practice are available from the Blackboard Help course. To access this course log in to Blackboard and search for a course with the ID of Help. This course is set up to allow self-enrolment, however if you experience difficulties accessing the course please email bb-help@bristol.ac.uk.
