How to find the Library

Opening hours

Dates when branch libraries will be closed are announced on the Branch libraries page when closure is approaching.

Easter closure: The Queen's Building Library will be closed from 2 to 6 April inclusive in accordance with the University's Easter closure. The ASSL will remain open during this holiday period but please note there will be no issue desk service.

We will reopen according to vacation opening hours on Wednesday, 7 April. Term-time opening will resume on Monday, 19 April.

Term-time:

Monday - Thursday	8.45am - 8.30pm	The issue desk will be closed until 9.45am on Thursday mornings.
Friday	8.45am - 6.30pm *
Saturday	8.45am - 1.00pm
Sunday	Closed
Note: the Issue Desk closes at 6.15pm and the library is available for reading and reference only until 8.30pm. A Self Issue machine (using library PIN) and book returns box are available during these hours. *On Fridays the Issue Desk closes at 4.45pm and the library is available for reading and reference until 6.30pm
