This website is primarily for use by Calendar Coordinators and some of the pages are restricted to access by Calendar Coordinators only. However, other Calendar users may find some of the non-restricted information in this website useful, therefore, some explanatory text is included.

All faculty and divisional departments using Calendar have a nominated Calendar Coordinator. The Coordinator acts as key liaison between the department and Information Services and can assist the department to:

  • Integrate Calendar with, or use Calendar to replace, existing procedures for recording diaries and booking resources
  • Help resolve difficulties that arise; for instance, to take appropriate action where policy, guidelines and/ or etiquette are breached in a way that adversely affects others
  • Communicate and/ or implement new functionality that Calendar upgrades may offer
