TOPdesk is a modular system and various modules are planned to be implemented over time. The first module to be implemented is the Incident Management module and this is in the process of being followed up with the joint implementation of the Change Management and Configuration Management modules. Further tutorials and documentation will be added as subsequent modules go live.
