Service Desk stats for the last six monthsThe first point of contact for any question, problem or request related to IT services. Our dedicated team of staff (around seven people) have a broad knowledge and in many cases can deal directly with requests. When this is not possible they will assign it to colleagues in zonal or specialist teams.

 

Please note: Between 26 August and 23 September 2013 students will be unable to access the online self-service tools or forms.
