Service Desk stats for the last six months

The first point of contact for any question, problem or requests related to IT services. Our dedicated team of staff (around seven people) have a broad knowledge and in many cases can deal directly with requests. When this is not possible they will assign it to colleagues in zonal or specialist teams.

Please note: There will be limited staff cover on the IT Service Desk between 2.30-3.30pm on:

  • Wednesday 23 May
  • Wednesday 20 June
