Reset your password

IT Services has implemented a self-service password reset system.

This service is available to staff and students of the University, as well as to honorary and associate staff.

Please note that you must have your University username or student number to use this service.

In order to verify your identity, the service uses information you may have already provided to the University:

  • your personal (non-University) email address
  • your mobile phone number

When prompted, please supply the requested information.

If you have not provided this information to the University, or if it is out-of-date, you will not be able to use this system to reset your password.

If you are unable to reset your password using this system, please contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.
