Steve Condliffe	IT Training Manager	Steve manages the team, our IT Training Rooms, and the Courses Online Booking System (COBS). He also helps to plan and arrange the training and development of all IT staff.
Amy Bryant	Training Administrator	Amy administers the staff and student IT training programmes and is the contact for our IT Training Rooms.
Gilles Couzin	Senior Web Trainer & Consultant	Gilles trains and gives advice to staff in all aspects of web.
Mark Jones	Technical Writer/Trainer	Mark writes documents and web pages to help people use a wide range of computing applications. He also trains staff to use Microsoft Access, EndNote, Google calendar and the University's Optical Mark Reader service.
Dave Kilbey	IT Trainer	Dave trains staff and students in the use of Microsoft Office packages, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. He also trains the University's PURE system.
Dave Prabhu	Corporate Information Systems Trainer	Dave trains staff to use a variety of University Corporate Information systems, focusing on specific new systems. He also helps the team to develop eLearning solutions.
Sue Snowdon	Senior Corporate Information Systems Trainer	Sue trains staff to use a variety of University Corporate Information Systems, such as PIMS, Proactis and fEC and develops training on specific new systems.
