Fault reporting

All faults with computer equipment in study spaces should be reported to the IT Service Desk. If you find faulty equipment then please don't leave it without reporting it first, we can only fix equipment if we know that there is a problem. Please help us to help you, when reporting IT faults.

Any faults with AV equipment should be reported to Learning Facilities Management. Urgent problems should be reported immediately on 0117 92 88288 (between 8:30am-5:30pm). Non-urgent problems should be reported to lfm-help@bris.ac.uk. You should provide information of location, date and time.

Any other faults in rooms, such as broken furniture or leaking radiators, should be reported to local staff. This varies by building but where porters are available please speak to them. In libraries speak to the library attendants.
