Report Forms / Questionnaire:

You are required to provide a record of the courses that you have studied at university or your activities as part of your work placement.

The report forms are part of the departmental process of monitoring your progress and achievements during your third year abroad. They enable us to keep a record of how you are getting on and to organise the supervision of your essay(s). These latter will normally be supervised by your personal tutor unless it makes more sense for a particular subject specialism to be dealt with by another member of staff, e.g. Italian linguistics. Remember to email your Report Forms by the dates given below.
