Antenor Hallo de Wolf

Antenor Hallo de Wolf studied law at Maastricht University, where he specialised in International Law and Human Rights. He subsequently joined the Faculty of Law of Maastricht University as a junior lecturer in 2000, after a period as a legal researcher for an African human rights NGO, Africa Legal Aid (AFLA). Antenor is currently finishing his PhD on the subject of human rights and privatization of public functions, tasks and services. Since June 2006, he has been working on the AHRC-sponsored research project led by Professor Malcolm Evans and Professor Rachel Murray, which aims to evaluate the effectiveness of national institutions appointed under the Optional Protocol to the UN Convention Against Torture.
