Mr Abdulhakeem Tijani


 Abdulhakeem is a highly motivated and resourceful first-class law graduate from the Nigerian faculty of law, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria (AAU) and also obtained a double distinction in his 2nd degrees, LL.M in General Law and LL.M in International Criminal Law and Procedure at AAU and London South Bank University, United Kingdom (LSBU), respectively.
He is enrolled at the Supreme Court of Nigeria as a Barrister and Solicitor, active legal practitioner since his Call to the Nigerian Bar in 2011 and an astute academic, teaching Legal Methods, Nigerian Legal System, Commercial Law and Conflict of Laws, with AAU since 2012.
Before joining the academia, Abdulhakeem worked with Nigerian top commercial law firm, Olaniwun Ajayi LP, where he was engaged in complex commercial transactions in areas of law as banking, capital market, corporate and commercial services, finance, restructuring and insolvency and dispute resolution practice at various levels. His current areas of interest is International Criminal Law and Procedure, International Human Rights Law and Disability Rights.
In addition to his PhD research, Abdulhakeem teaches the Law of Tort at the University of Bristol Law School.
