| Membership of professional bodies | I am General Editor of Lloyd's Maritime and Commercial Law Quarterly. I am also General Editor of the Restitution Law Review and was Editor-in-Chief of the Company, Financial and Insolvency Law Review, both of which journals I founded. I was also Editorial Director of the Mansfield Press series of books on the Law of Restitution. |

| Areas of expertise | I have published widely in the areas of Commercial Law (particularly Maritime Law and International Trade Law), Restitution and Contract. I have edited a number of collections of essays in those areas. I am also author of a number of major works in the area of Maritime Law: FD Rose, Marine Insurance: Law and Practice (2004); FD Rose, General Average: Law and Practice (2nd edn, 2005); and FD Rose, Kennedy and Rose: The Law of Salvage (2001). My work, Marine Insurance: Law and Practice was awarded the 2005 British Insurance Law Association Book Prize. |
