I am currently working on an ESRC funded project, ‘Maintaining dignity in later life’, which is part of the New Dynamics of Ageing research programme. My PhD explored the factors that influence women teachers' decision to exit or retire early from the teaching profession.
I have previously worked on several research projects in Community Based Medicine. These included the ‘One Stop Shop’ evaluation of sexual health services and the ‘Behaviour in Schoolchildren’ project on education and health service provision for children with behavioural difficulties.
