| Areas of expertise | I am a paediatrician currently undertaking a PhD, funded through the NIHR Researcher Development Award, entitled Developmental Coordination Disorder: Risk and Resilience. The project will utilise a mixed methods approach to study the prevalence, associations and impact of Developmental Coordination Disorder on the lives of young people and their families. Key findings will be synthesised to form recommendations for current service provision and the development of targeted interventions for those children at highest risk of morbidity. |
