Palæoclimate modelling of the Late Jurassic using the FAMOUS general circulation climate model. Immediately prior to joining the University of Bristol, I worked as an environmental consultant (Eunomia Research & Consulting) and before that, as a research scientist at the Met Office Hadley Centre in Exeter. At the Met Office I worked on climate model development and evaluation, cloud physics and atmospheric dynamical regimes' effects on the global hydrological cycle. My PhD was concerned with the simulation of the electro-optical characteristics of novel ‘organic’ solar cells and light emitting diodes using the finite element method.
