| Areas of expertise | My research interests are in the theory of electronic structure of solids, with particular emphasis on theories of superconductors and systems with strong electron correlation. This especially includes high temperature superconductors and other unconventional superconductors possessing d-wave or p-wave pairing symmetry. I am head of the Theoretical Physics Group at the University of Bristol, and on the executive committee of the Bristol branch of the University and College Union UCU. |
