My main focus of research is the interdisciplinary study of children's learning. Under this umbrella, I have worked on research projects investigating ways in which children come to understand mathematical concepts, and projects investigating ways in which technologies can be designed and used to support learning.
At present, I am dealing with the problem of the lack of genuine interdisciplinary theory for asking and answering questions about learning.
