| Areas of expertise |
My current work focuses on the (legal) distinction(s) between sex and sexual violation. Specific areas of expertise include: The Sexual Offences Act 2003; sexual offences in the 20th century; the legal definition of consent and alternatives to consent; the relationship between sexual offences law and women and sexual minorities.
I have also written about the SlutWalk movement.
I am also interested in qualitative research methodologies, particularly empirical ethics.
