Multifaith Chaplaincy

The Multifaith Chaplaincy welcomes all staff and students at the University of Bristol, regardless of their beliefs and worldviews.

Welcome to a new academic year! We hope you are all well and finding creative ways to flourish in the midst of so much uncertainty and constraint. The Multifaith Chaplaincy team are also trying to find creative ways to offer the usual support, community-building and events despite not yet being able to re-open the Chaplaincy Centre. Although we aren’t able to offer the Chaplaincy Centre as a base for drop ins or society bookings this term, much of our usual provision is still available.

We are currently finalising our schedule of weekly and termly events, which will be conduced online. Please check the events page of our website for updates. As well as running some of our regular events, including the Faith Crawl and Carol Service, we are also planning some new and exciting events!

We know that life and University can sometimes be hard, especially in the present circumstances. Chaplains remain available for a chat, generally via Zoom or Teams. You can either get in touch with them by emailing multifaith-chaplaincy@bristol.ac.uk or by contacting them directly using our Chaplain directory. During welcome week, we will be hosting our usual stand outside the Chaplaincy Centre at 1 Woodland Rd (with a few adjustments!). Weather permitted, we will be there on 5 & 6 October from 11am - 2pm. So drop by, say hello and get some free chocolate!

Finally, don't forget to follow us on Facebook to keep up to date with all our latest news and events.
