Learning to live with sexual diversity

Learning to live with sexual diversity will be explored by Professor Jeffrey Weeks, Dean of Humanities and Social Science at South Bank University, at a public lecture at Bristol University today [Tuesday, December 11].

The lecture, which forms part of Bristol University's Celebration 2001 programme, will explore the long, unfinished revolution in sexual attitudes, and the opportunities it offers for the development of new forms of sexual citizenship.

The lecture starts at 6 pm in the Wills Memorial Building, Queen's Road and admission is free.

Full details of the public events in Celebration 2001 - most of which are free - are available from the website at or by telephoning Bristol (0117) 928 8086.
