University Teaching Awards announced at Learning and Teaching Exhibition

At the University's Learning and Teaching Exhibition 2009/10 on Thursday 7 January, the Teaching Awards were announced and presented by Pro Vice-Chancellor Professor Avril Waterman-Pearson.

The University's Learning and Teaching exhibition 2009/10 was held at the Priory Road Complex in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law on Thursday 7 January. The event was well attended despite the adverse weather conditions.

The exhibition featured various contributions from across the University, including a series of eight short talks, a Blackboard Q&A session and poster presentations. A keynote presentation on the Higher Education Achievement Record (HEAR) was given by Professor Stephen Hill, Director of Teaching and Learning Innovation at the University of Gloucestershire.

The University Teaching Awards were presented by Pro Vice-Chancellor Professor Avril Waterman-Pearson; full details of the winners are available online
