The crèche will cater for children aged two to four years, and will be open from 9 am to 1.15 pm Monday to Friday, and from 2 pm to 5 pm on weekdays excluding Wednesdays. There will be a minimum booking time of two hours a day and a maximum of four hours a day.

The crèche can take eight children. Sessions may be pre-booked and all sessions must be paid for in advance. The cost is £4 per hour. The crèche will operate alongside the nursery and will adopt the same early learning guidelines and policies.

It is hoped that this new, flexible facility will be useful for staff who need high-quality, occasional childcare while attending meetings, training events and other work-related activities.
