  • Confidential Inquiry into premature deaths of people with learning disabilities

CIPOLD undertakes reviews into the deaths of all people with learning disabilities who die in prescribed geographical areas.

In partnership with the Bloorview Research Institute (University of Toronto) and the University of Loughborough. Evaluation of disabled children's access to childcare (DCATCH) pilot.

  • Independent Mental Capacity Advocate (IMCA) service

Research about the impact of the IMCA service. A key outcome of the research is an online tool which IMCA services and commissioners will use to help evaluate the impact of IMCA case-work.

  • National Autistic Society's Bristol Parent Support Programme

The programme is for parents of 9-18 year olds with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It is funded by NHS Bristol who have commissioned this evaluation.
