User support & training documentation
Support for the OMR Service is limited and self-help is encouraged in the first instance. In all instances it is advised not to leave setting up of response files until the last minute because immediate help and support cannot be guaranteed.
User support
If you have a problem consult (in the following order):
- The training documentation provided at the training session (see table below for link)
- The relevant section of this website
- Other local users
- Depending on the nature of the problem, your local IT Support Staff (this is your first call if you are trying to install the software but do not have administrative rights on your computer, or if the software has worked before but now presents error messages stating that MultiQuest cannot either write to or read specific files)
- Your departmental OMR primary contact
- Email omr-help@bristol.ac.uk
Please note: do not contact either the software company or the OMR supplier with any support issues.
