Illustrated tutorials
Please note that the following tutorials do not cover every aspect of the OMR process, but only those tasks that are MultiQuest and/ or Excel-based. Refer to the OMR timetable for a full overview of all the tasks that make up the OMR process. These tasks are minutely explained in the MultiQuest Optical Mark Reader (OMR) training document.
There are several tasks that must be undertaken during the OMR process and the following links take you to illustrated tutorials showing how each task should be undertaken.
Please note: the examples use the 50 A to E TFD decode. For further information on using the 130 A to Z EMI and 60 A to E MCQ decodes, refer to the 'MCQ & EMI' page in 'Your Questions Answered'.
Prior to the exam
- Access the candidate list from Standard Jobs
- Setting up a new exam in MultiQuest and importing the candidate list
- Setting sub-exams (if required)
After the exam papers have been scanned by Print Services
