For further help, please contact the Payroll & Pensions team by:

  • Telephone - This is the best option for quick questions or where there is a problem with your pay and you need a response quickly.
  • Email - This is the best option for relatively straightforward questions or for issues that do not immediately affect your pay or pension.
  • Make an appointment - This is the best option if you have a detailed question about your retirement options or a more difficult question about your pay, pension or retirement.  Appointments can be made at any time to suit you.
  • Drop-in - Between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday you can drop-in to the 4th floor, Senate House to hand in forms, or speak to one of the team.
