MA in Philosophy and History of Science

The majority of taught units are assessed by means of one 5,000-6,000 word essay. The philosophical writing and research seminar is examined by written work and seminar contribution.

Full-time students should expect to write three 5,000-6,000 word essays, or equivalent, in both Teaching Blocks.
