Dr Andrew Collins

Research summary

I am the Industrial Research Fellow for the Bristol Centre for Functional Nanomaterials. I act as an interface between the BCFN and our industrial partners. I am a consultant in nanomaterials science for the BCFN and undertake contract research. I lecture in the subjects of Nanotoxicology and Bionanomaterials and I have recently written the "Nanomaterials Cookbook" published by Elsevier.

My research interests include scanning probe microscopy, electron microscopy and the formulation of poorly soluble drugs into colloidal solutions.
