Prepare for Kidney Care

The Prepare Multi-Morbid Older People for End-Stage Kidney Disease Trial.  This study is a two-arm superiority, parallel group, non-blinded, individual-level, pragmatic RCT in multi-morbid, frail, older people with advanced chronic kidney Disease (CKD), comparing the Quality Adjusted Life years (QUALY) gained over three years after preparing for conservative care versus preparing for dialysis.
