We occasionally offer posts for clinical or non-clinical research training posts.
These posts are designed to build research capacity in primary health care, and are intended to support people at the equivalent of Lecturer level as they undertake a higher degree, usually a PhD.
Having gained some experience we often encourage people to apply for externally funded research training fellowships and we have an excellent record of obtaining these highly competitive awards. Successful applicants for research training fellowships are likely to have evidence of a high level of academic achievement, for example having a first class degree and/or having published research already.
