My files are too big to upload. What should I do?

Files you upload cannot exceed 1000 KB in size.

How can I ensure that my files are in the correct format?

Files should be in .doc, .wpd, .rtf, .xls, .PDF, .docx, .xlsx or .txt format. Image files (such as .jpg format files) are not accepted by the system and should be converted to .PDF format prior to uploading. Software to do this conversion is widely available on the internet. Please note that you can only upload one file to each upload section. Please ensure that your scan appends document pages if you have multiple documents to include within one upload, e.g. a transcript and a translation.

Every time I try to login, I am told that ‘An error has occurred. You either have more than one connection to this website or you did not properly log out of your last session. Please close all browser windows, then open a new browser window to access this site.’ What should I do?

If you have closed all browser windows and this message is still appearing, you may need to clear your computer’s cache.

Alternatively, if you open an Incognito window (Google Chrome), InPrivate mode (Internet Explorer), Private Window (Mozilla Firefox) or turn on Private Browsing (Safari), you will be able to access your application without restarting your computer or clearing your cache.

When will my CAS number be issued to me?

CAS numbers will be issued to you when you have met the conditions of your offer. They are issued by the school/department you have applied to.
