Help choosing your course

We're aware that choosing a university programme from so many options can be quite a confusing process. These suggestions are not exhaustive but they are intended to give you some idea of the options you might want to consider, building on the subjects you are currently studying at A-level (or equivalent).

Many subjects are also available in combination or with study abroad, either in continental Europe, North America or worldwide. There are also several Year in Industry options. Some languages may also be studied with no previous experience, provided you can demonstrate a proven capacity for language learning.

Please note that these suggestions do not reflect the exact entry requirements for our programmes. In some cases (eg Drama), the A-level subject mentioned will not be a prerequisite for entry and in others, there will be additional subject requirements not mentioned below (eg Biology programmes require two or three science or maths subjects).
