These rules and regulations include a Student Agreement, which sets out the relationship between the University and its students.

The Student Agreement states that the University may alter the timetable, location, number of classes, method of delivery, content assessment and syllabus of your course, provided such alterations are reasonable. We also have the right to withdraw courses before they have started. In the event of any discontinuance or fundamental changes to your course we will give you reasonable notice and you will be entitled to withdraw your application or withdraw from your course by telling us in writing.
