Energy and Environmental Management
The University of Bristol has in excess of 5000 staff, 12,000 students and occupies 380 buildings. Our operations naturally have a significant local, national and global environmental impact. The primary role of the Energy and Environmental Management Unit (EEMU) is to try and reduce this impact and where possible save the University resources and money.
25% of the energy and water the University uses could be saved, that equates to £1 million each year!
