Is work-life balance just a fad?
No, demographics show that this is going to become an increasingly important issue. We have an ageing population and potentially an aging workforce, more young people are insisting on a positive work life balance when they commence employment, increasing numbers of women are entering the workforce and reaching senior management positions, and people are continuing to demand that their employers enable them to have a better work-life balance.
