Company applies to SETsquared via normal process at www.setsquared.co.uk/apply
- Company specifies stage they are at, their needs and objectives and any specific requirements for location
- SETsquared identifies most appropriate location – Bath, Bristol, Exeter, Southampton or Surrey

SETsquared interviews Company by phone to confirm requirements and understand needs
- If SETsquared cannot provide what the Company needs, the Company will be advised accordingly

Company joins the appropriate SETsquared Centre
- License signed with 1-month rolling break
- First 2 months are free, for shared innovation space at the Bristol Centre

Initial meeting with Centre Director and Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Specific actions identified, from resources available: one or more of:

Business Review Panel
- Focus on specific needs – panel tailored to specific requirement (see case study)
- Panel (4-6 people) selected to include diverse perspectives including relevant market/industry sector and professional advisers. Panel could include potential customers, investors or partners and is composed with input from the Company. This panel can work at a strategic level or at a more detailed level on specific market readiness, for example.
- 2-hour in-depth discussion to challenge, probe, inform and provide guidance to the Company
- Minutes drawn up, circulated and actions identified.
- Bespoke introductions made to mentors, professional advisers, investors, local businesses, corporates, networks, universities, service providers etc.
- Attendance at workshops and legal, accounting and IP surgeries as required
- Mentor assigned from vetted Mentor pool
- Email support from Mentor and Centre staff

Introduction to South West iNets to provide support, including:
- Connections to South West based businesses
- Financial support for collaboration with businesses, major corporates or Universities in the South West
- Attendance at open innovation events
- Regular informal review by Entrepreneur-in-residence
- Formal review each month by Centre Director to ensure needs being met, opportunities being maximised and ongoing requirements identifed.
