How do I get a Google map to appear on my page?
- Add events to conference contributions, activities and : When adding a research output from a conference, add the conference or performance record in the usual way but include an event on the record. When you add the event include details of the conference including location information. This location information will then be automatically used to add a pin to your Google map.

- Add activities and awards including conference participation: when adding activities and awards into Pure, the majority of types of activities allow you to add an event. When you add the event you should include city and country. This location information will then be used to add a pin to your Google map.
- Highlighting content: You can highlight records in Pure so that they display on your Pure overview page as selected research outputs/projects/activities and awards. To do this log in to Pure and on your personal overview page, click Highlight content on Explore Bristol Research. Search and add the records that you want to highlight. You can change the display order using the arrows. We recommend that for display purposes you limit the total number of records that you highlight to a maximum of 6. Remember to save any changes you make.
