Fault reporting
Should you believe a fault to have occurred with; a card reader, green break-glass ‘emergency door release’ device or any of the locking devices or wiring connected to it please quote the reader reference number to one side or above the reader (as shown in the photograph below) to security staff when you report a problem or fault.
