Summary

My role as a Senior Research Associate for PEARL (Project to Enhance ALSPAC through Record Linkage) involves working on a series of exemplar projects to demonstrate the value of linking administrative data to cohort data.

Biography

Prior to joining ALSPAC in October 2011, I worked with another child cohort study (DASH - Determinants of Adolescent Social wellbeing and Health) while based at the MRC Social and Public Health Sciences Unit in Glasgow. Most of my research focuses on child and adolescent health, and particular research interests include contextual influences on health, the use of administrative data in epidemiology, ethnic inequalities in health, obesity, mental health, and the development of socioeconomic differences in health across the lifecourse.
