Yoga is a mixture of dynamic and relaxing postures to tone, strengthen and re-align the body.  Come along to re-discover neglected muscles, reduce stress levels and energise your body.

For those of you who have never tried Yoga you can expect a class that is excellent for developing strength, flexibility and improving your general health & well-being. The class will also improve your fitness, enhance your concentration, reduce your stress levels and bring a greater sense of balance to your body and mind.

Niaomi's dynamic class is suitable for people of all abilities, from beginners to advanced. It encompasses a broad range of traditional yoga styles including: Iyengar, Ashtanga, Sivananda and Viniyoga.
