How to join
Membership is renewed annually. The cost is £25.
On joining you will receive a 30 minute induction and personal screening, including,
- completing a health questionnaire, including any relevant medical history, and discussing this with the instructor
- having your blood pressure measured
- receiving personal advice about your exercise programme
