Nuala Campbell (pilates instructor) with client Pilates works the entire body - as hard or as carefully as you need it.  It focuses on the core postural muscles (stomach and back), making it safe and extremely effective.

Mat based Pilates is a carefully graded programme of exercises, in groups of twelve max, introduced over eight to ten weeks. Level one for beginners through to advanced level four.

Equipment based Pilates, where you work one to one or in small groups of two or three. A dynamic and very effective method for improving sports performance and essential if you have an injury or back problem. The exercises and intensity are carefully tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.
