Free fresh air and exercise at lunchtime! Avoid getting crumbs in your keyboard, don't eat and email - break up your day, get away from your desk and stretch your legs with our lunchtime walk.
We meet on Wednesdays, at 1.10pm, outside the Sports Centre on Tyndall Avenue for a 30-40 minute walk around the local area. No specialist equipment is necessary – just dress appropriately for the Bristol weather(!) and wear suitable outdoor shoes/trainers.
