Wellness at Work

Sport, Exercise and Health offers something for everybody, not just our 'sporty' colleagues!  We know that active healthy people tend to be more positive about life and work, so we encourage more staff to be proactive about their health and lifestyle.

Wellness Days

Wellness days (offered as full or part-day sessions) offer staff the opportunity to get personally involved and improve their healthy living habits.  We can offer a bespoke service to teams, departments, schools and faculties, tailoring a programme to meet the aims of different groups. A typical programme will include sessions on Diet and Nutrition, Stress and Relaxation Techniques, Back Care and Walking to Health and we are happy to include sessions on stopping smoking, weight management, team challenges and different sports/activities. We can also provide you with opportunities to try massage, acupuncture and other alternative therapies. Each department will have different health priorities and organisational issues so we work with clients to make the wellness day suit their needs.
